CS 1.6 LAG FREE SETTINGS

Make a shorcut of hl.exe on your desktop. Right click on the shorcut and select properties. Add the following parameters after:
"" -nomaster -game cstrike -w 1440 -h 900 -32bpp -nojoy -gl -refresh 75 -freq 75 -applaunch 10 -heapsize 1024000 -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd

-gl is for opengl

-d3d is for direct3d

-w 1440 -h 900 is for desktop resolution 1440x900
-w 640 -h 480  is for desktop resolution 640x480
and so on... so change it accordingly..


-heapsize 1024000 is for 2 Gig RAM
-heapsize 512000 is for 1 Gig RAM
-heapsize 256000 is for 512 MB RAM
so change it accordingly too..
